UK Apologetics Reply:

To save a long explanation here and now (we have many articles which go into the details), the precise law as a code of recognition was for the children of Israel only, but the fuller, spiritual ramifications were for all people.

It is helpful to consider which laws Abraham obeyed before the givng of the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai: Which Laws Did Abraham Obey?

In our own day, people are expected to approach God through the Lord Jesus Christ. See John 10:1-18. Jesus is the door because He is now the only specified entrance whereby men and women may be saved.

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6).

19. Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20. by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21. and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22. let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. (Hebrews 10:19-22).

Because we serve a God of boundless mercy, some - outside of this specific area - could find mercy at the end of time, but this is the specified area and - ultimately - one is only saved through Christ' s blood.
